Diary of General Exercise

In December 2016, I decided to try a combination exercise diary with various metrics. Push ups (PU), Sit ups (SU), Rotator Cuff and Leg Lifts (1=x5 for each kind and x2 for each shoulder/x2 for each leg), Jump Rope skips, Stretch Machine time (degrees/minutes) and walking steps.

When nothing is written it’s assumed that the previous value is approximate for that day. The point of this is to determine the curve of what I feel is easily doable based on time an energy in one day.
