Splits Diary

This is a record of how long it took me to get the splits.

My principle is that investing a lot of time on a lighter stretch is more valuable than trying to accomplish too much all at once. I am not trying to hurt myself but instead try to stretch using the principles of a gentle range of motion exercise.
